About GapX Circles
GapX Circles are groups of working women across corporate Africa and beyond, helping each other to succeed.
An initiative of GapX, we combine peer-to-peer support with guidance by mentorship to position more women for leadership and support more women to unlock their next level of success.
With GapX Circles, mentees can access peer-to-peer support from colleagues within their Circle, structured mentorship from an Advisor who mentors a Circle, workshops tailored to their ambition, as well as access to a professional Career Coach who provides regular guidance.
GapX Circles is open to mentees with a minimum of two years of working experience up to mid-management positions, and Advisors (mentors) in senior management positions and above, up to Board-level positions.
